In 2004, Bill Metzcar founded Business & Quality Integration, LLC, a company specializing in consulting and training for the automotive manufacturing industry.
Bill expanded his business and formed ISO Consultants for Healthcare, LLC, a company that provides hospitals and other healthcare organizations with guidance geared to improving outcomes through business initiatives, utilizing the ISO 9001 framework. His in-depth experience in the healthcare industry means not only do hospitals gain accreditation, they also streamline and improve their processes and see tangible results. He developed the only healthcare-based ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course currently available.
None of this would be possible without Bill’s experience and reputation. As a Certified Quality Manager and a Certified Enterprise Risk Manager, his name is immediately recognizable in industries like automotive manufacturing and healthcare. He brings three decades’ of experience as a quality consultant and trainer to help industries with process design, system integration, root cause analysis, and business efficiency.
